The building of Emelia inspires a book, documentary, concert and exhibition

Australian artist Danelle Bergstrom followed the process and was inspired. Her exhibition, book and documentary will all be presented in 2025, the same year that Emelia is launched. 

‘How the ship is built is a big part of the inspiration, I bring an outside perspective and am impressed by the spirit of the project. It is about the people who came together to create her’, says Bergstrom. 

This Saturday, a concert will also be organized as part of Bergstrom's project where, among others, Patrik Komorowski , Fredrik Erlandsson , Kvinnfolk and Cecilia Wickström will play on board the Emelia galeas.
